一、概述Outline

由ROOKO瑞柯公司生產(chǎn)研發(fā)，粉體生產(chǎn)、制造、加工過(guò)程中，需要進(jìn)行粉體物料的儲(chǔ)存、輸送等操作。粉體結(jié)拱是生產(chǎn)中的常見(jiàn)問(wèn)題。直接影響到粉體的流動(dòng)特性.

粉體的流動(dòng)性測(cè)量在粉體工程設(shè)計(jì)中應(yīng)用，粉體的流動(dòng)性對(duì)其生產(chǎn)、輸送、儲(chǔ)存、裝填以及工業(yè)中的粉末冶金、物料的混合、在水泥廠中粉體的重力流動(dòng)、Directly affect the flow characteristics of the powder, and even affect the quality of the product. 本機(jī)采用固定的接料筒配置不同出口孔徑之漏斗來(lái)解決不同粉體因粉體本身物性而流動(dòng)性差，無(wú)法流動(dòng)現(xiàn)象。

The model adopts a fixed charging barrel to configure the funnel with different outlet holes to solve the problems that the fluidity of the powder is poor and the flow phenomenon can not be carried out because of the physical property of the powder.

常影響粉體流動(dòng)性包括：粒子的形狀、大小、表面狀態(tài)、密度、空隙率等因素.

二、功能描述：Function description

通過(guò)測(cè)試休止角（安息角）、質(zhì)量流速、體積流速、表觀密度、松裝比、體積密度、堆積密度及松散密度等數(shù)據(jù)來(lái)評(píng)定粉末流動(dòng)能力；采用多規(guī)格可更換出口孔徑之漏斗;根據(jù)測(cè)試粉體流動(dòng)能力狀況來(lái)選擇配置出口漏斗孔徑數(shù);出口控制檔板，秒表計(jì)時(shí)功能;配置標(biāo)準(zhǔn)不銹鋼量筒，固定圓盤(pán)法角度測(cè)試.本品為粉體流動(dòng)性測(cè)試綜合性測(cè)量平臺(tái).

Through testing slope of repose (angle of repose),  fixed  mass flow ,fixed volume flow rate, apparent density, loose specific weight, volume density, bulkdensity and loose density datas to assess powder flow ability;Using multiple specifications to replace the funnel of an outlet aperture;According to the flow capacity of the test powder to configure the number of outlet funnel aperture; Outlet control plate, stopwatch timing function; with  standard stainless steel measuring cylinder, the fixed disk method Angle test. This product is a comprehensive measuring platform for the fluidity test.

五、參數(shù)資料 Parameters
1．漏斗：由圓柱形裝料筒配置多個(gè)可更換漏斗組成，為不銹鋼材料制成，

4.組成：由漏斗、支撐架、秒表、鋼尺、毛刷、接料筒、水平儀、工作平臺(tái)、不銹鋼量筒、亞克力圓盤(pán)、角度測(cè)量件.

5.漏斗容積funnel volume： 200ml.
